I haven’t done too much writing lately, mostly because I have a lot going on, and it’s much easier for me to make a video. If you haven’t been around, I’ve been doing video questions and answers with my friend Katia; she’s a nutritionist, a personal trainer, and is awesome for taking the time to make videos for us.
Anyway, I was just doing my rounds on the news, and I read a disturbing article about eggs. Yep, you guessed it; there’s been a recall, due to salmonella. If you’ve read the blog before, you know that I like to let others know about recalls. Not just to find stuff to talk about, but to possibly save a family from the terrible effects of salmonella poisoning. The ramifications of salmonella can be death if not promptly treated.
If you have any doubt about the eggs you have in your house, or whenever you eat out, make sure that any eggs that are consumed by you or your family are cooked thoroughly. The salmonella bacteria dies from the heat, but if you have consumed raw eggs and have gotten sick within 12-72 hours, then you should get medical treatment.

I’m thinking it could be better, especially because no one has ever tried to use it! I’ve messed around a bit with different ways to make it more inviting, but I’m going to have to leave it up to y’all, maybe you have some better ideas on how to make it easier to communicate with others on the site. Let me know what you think, I’d love some input on how to make the site more friendly for YOU! I really need some input, so I’m going to have to bribe you.
