I just wanted to share this quick vlog with y’all. I felt so cheesy doing it, and practiced a few times, so I hope I don’t look all unenthusiastic. After a while I just decided to stop practicing, and that’s what I ended up with!
Anyway, the topic is portion control and how I have NONE of it. Although I try to be as healthy as possible, I’m no saint, and I still have struggles. Check out my first vlog, and let me know what you think, even if you think I’m a dweeb!

You go vlogger woman! Thanks for sharing. I forget to eat, as well, and then I either drop over exhausted or I’m so hungry that I don’t choose the healthiest foods. I know it is said a lot but we do have to learn to take care of ourselves so we can take care of those we love!

Thanks! I thought I’d do some videos instead of just writing. It’s helping keep me sane. lol. Anyway, I know how it is to forget to eat and get so exhausted, and not always choosing the right things to eat because of convenience.
