Just don’t wreck the “healthiness” with butter and all sorts of things. I spray some olive oil, and add a tiny bit of salt and garlic POWDER. Yumminess. Even better, I had strictly forbid my daughter from eating popcorn out of fear of choking, but one night, her and her quick little self grabbed a handful and ran off, shoving the popcorn in her mouth. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I shouted! She turned around and had a mouthful. I couldn’t do anything but laugh, in a concerned tone, of course. After that moment, we all sit down with a big bowl of popcorn, and enjoy munching time together.
She really loves watching it pop too. That’s part of the fun. The real fun is enjoying the time together.

I love popcorn! I buy the organic variety in bulk (it seems to have a lot less hull and therefore less choking hazard ~I have little ones too.) I’ll spritz it with a little soy spray butter and sprinkle it with cheese and chili powder. OH! SO good!! Of course, the cinnamon and sugar version isn’t too shabby either.
