This week’s nutrition topic is about nutrition facts and how to read them. Katia made a really great video analyzing two different nutrition labels. We tried to get this out on Friday, but we had a few hitches. Anyway, check it out, and let us know what you think, and we encourage any questions you might have.
Watch out for next week’s topic, and stay tuned on Monday for my own trip to the grocery store and see what I do when I shop for foods and how I make the decision between different foods.
As for the contest. We still didn’t get any responses, besides from my good friend @mommysjoy today, so I’m going to extend the contest, but this time, I am also going to throw in the book “Who Moved My Cheese?: An Amazing Way to Deal with Change in Your Work and in Your Life”
in addition to the Heloise pamphlets. My husband and I love to read to each other; it’s a very easy read, and can be read in a very short time. I think the book can go either way; you can either get a lot out of it, or you will get nothing out of it. If you are facing changes in your life, be it work, or in your personal life, this book can help see change in a different perspective.
I’m also going to add some options to the contest: Either tell me a way I could improve building a community for my blog, OR tell me a way you are trying to make or deal with changes in your life, OR, ask a question for our resident nutritionist.
