Review of The Jensen Project and Changes

by Erica on July 18, 2010

We finally had a night where we sat down and watched a movie.  Woohoo for us!  The only thing is that my daughter was calm while the popcorn was out, but not so much when we were watching this movie.

I have to say that the movie is for much older children, in the range from about 8-13 or maybe 14, I’m guessing.  It really wasn’t a movie for little ones.  Especially since she goes to bed by 9, the latest, and the movie didn’t end until 9.  Needless to say, my sweet munchkin was being very vocal about the need to sleep.

On to the movie:  it was interesting, a lot of science speak, but it was sort of hard for me to follow the movie since I had a little munchkin running around yelling.  I caught some parts, and want to watch it again, preferably without interruptions, to give it a fair shot.

I like that the movie was focused on family getting together to provide value to the world.  The best thing I can say is that is family focused and has action and stuff to keep older kids entertained.

As for the contest: I didn’t get any responses, so I guess none of us are getting a copy of the movie!  Lol, oh well.  I tried.  I need to get better at this whole blogging thing.

Actually, if you’ve visited this site before, you may notice there have been some serious changes.  Right now I am in the process of updating the look, and also working on creating this into a community rather than just solely a blog for myself.

My real passion is helping others, and I hope that I do that through my blogging, but I also want to be have a resource for other women that are going through the same journey as I am, trying to lose the baby weight, even years after having a baby.

What do you think? Did you get to watch the movie, and do you think making this website into a community for mothers trying to be healthy and lose or keep off the baby weight would be beneficial to you or others?

I’d love to hear your input!
