With Thanksgiving and Christmas on the way, many minds are on what to eat? The same old recipes are done every year, but maybe a new spin on the traditional dinners would make a these holidays that much more interesting. Since this holiday series is dedicated to healthy habits, I’d like to send everyone over to EatingWell to get some ideas for healthy holiday recipes that will do the body good, as well as the taste buds.
Be sure to let us know which recipes you’ve tried, which ones you liked, and which ones others might want to take a closer look at (since someone might not like ingredients in one recipe as much as someone else.)
