I just read about this recently, and thought I would share the link for those of you that are bloggers and do reviews on books and products, as this may pertain to you. The new regulations will go into effect on December 1, 2009 and may have a huge impact on blogs and sites that are in the niche of reviewing products, services, etc.
Personally, I don’t do any reviewing, and I’m pretty sure this doesn’t pertain to me, but would like others to be aware of the FTC’s new regulations on the blogging community. Please feel free to comment to let me know what you think about the new regulations, and how it may affect you or others that you may know. Also, pass this along to other that might not know about the new regulations as it is important to take heed of the regulations to avoid facing harsh fines. Thanks!
